2 Design

 

It is through this phase that our team combines over 40 years of inter-disciplinary experience to build the foundation of the design that is to come. Our designers collaborate together, ensuring that the project is defined by only the most innovative solutions, both creatively and functionally.

3 Present

 

We work with the client throughout the design process, but it is in this phase that everything comes together. All design specifications, drawings, materials selections will be beautifully combined to create an overall presentation package for your approval. This is an iterative process that requires feedback from both parties to revise the final design into a truly amazing product.

4 Realize

 

At Qi Design Studio, we understand that although our client may have the perfect design, implemeting it presents its own unique set of challenges. Construction can take longer than expected, costs may escalate beyond budget. This is why we provide segmented budget estimate in the design phase before the work begins and on-site construction quality control during. This ensures that overall cost is reduced, construction time is minimized, and most importantly, the level of quality achieved is above and beyond your expectations.
