1. CONSULT
We began as a design company and our 40 years of combined expertise in this field is available at your disposal when you choose us for your project.
We work with you to identify the project objectives by consulting with you at the project site.
2. QUOTE
We design and create custom shop drawings and send you a quote for approval.
All dimensions are based on on-site measurements and are confirmed with the customer to ensure proper fitment. We will then quote the entire millwork package to you for approval.
We make it clear to our clients that we manufacture in our two state of the art facilities in Guangzhou and Tianjin. This allows our clients to enjoy a 40% price advantage over domenstic millwork contractors.
3. MANUFACTURE
Once we receive your approval and deposit, we will begin fabrication. The manufacturing process takes roughly 4 weeks once we have order confirmation.
We begin with material selection. Due to the price advantages that our clients enjoy, they will also have a much wider range of materials to choose from. The vast majority of our millwork for previously clients have been made with 100% real hardwood. No longer will you have to make sacrifices in the look and feel of your project by substituting substandard material.
Once the millwork has been assembled, it undergoes four coats of paint in our clean rooms to achieve a level of finish impossible to match on-site.
After packaging, it will head to port where a 4 week transport by sea awaits. This culminates in our confidence that your millwork arrives in 8-12 weeks at most.
4. INSTALL
At Qi Millwork, we have always believed in providing our clients options and value.
Towards that end, we not only provide millwork installation contracting and project management, but we also allow our clients to seek their own contractors. Our millwork comes with its own set of installation instructions to ensure that our clients have the best possible options available to them.
