FREQUENTYLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
Q: What type of savings can I expect for my project?
A: Our clients typically enjoy a savings of 40% or more on custom furniture and millwork compared to
domestic manufacturers.
Q: How do you realize these types of cost advantages?
A: We manufacture overseas at our state-of-the-art facilities in Guangzhou and Tianjina, China. Significant
savings can be realized due to low production overhead and economies of scale.
Q: How can you ensure that the quality will be on par with domestic manufacturers?
A: Our facilities and fabricators have over 30 years of high-end commercial manufacturing experience,
producing wood/metal/glass/fabric products for 5-star hotels, restaurants, casinos globally. Furthermore,
advancements in technology and technique in manufacturing of fine woodcraft in China has caught up to the
high standards of Europe and United States. In fact, the vast majority of renowned American high end
commercial furniture makers in High Point, NC only maintain showrooms in the US. All of their production is
currently in China.
Q: What types of wood materials do you offer?
A: Our woodmaking factory in Guangzhou has access to the largest supply of materials in the world. We can
import any wood from across the planet with any type of treatment. In fact, the quality of our products may be
greater than our local competitors because at the same price, we can afford to manufacture with walnut rather
than MDF.

A: If you have a design on hand from your architect or designer, then we can get started immediately. If not we
can design for your approval. Once these shop drawings are confirmed, we begin the manufacturing process.
Fabrication will take about 4 weeks to complete. Shipping overseas takes another 4 weeks. In total, we expect
the product to be at your door in 8-12 weeks.

A: Once the shop drawings are confirmed, a 50% deposit is due for production to begin. Once the order is
ready to ship, 45% is required for the items to be released to the shipping company. The remaining 5% is due
upon delivery.
